President

Eugene B. McGillycuddy is President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Augusta Glen Partners, LLC (AGP) located in Mahwah, New Jersey. AGP is a management company responsible which oversees the daily activities of its operating subsidiaries in order to guarantee the success of its current acquisitions. In addition to his responsibilities with AGP, Mr. McGillycuddy also serves as President of Northern Business Systems, a major independent office equipment dealership representing many major manufacturers including; Toshiba, Ricoh, Oce and others. All NBS Sales, Service and Operations report directly to him.

He began his career upon graduation from Xavier University, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree and a major in accounting. Formerly a Senior Partner and a member of the Board of Directors, Advisory Board and Executive Committee in Mahoney Cohen & Company, a top fifty certified public accounting firm located in New York City, Mr. McGillycuddy has extensive experience and is well versed in all areas of business with particular expertise in the importing, wholesale, distribution and retail industries.

Mr. McGillycuddy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is past Chairman of the NYSSCPA's Cooperation with Bankers Committee and has served on the Accounting for Non-Profit Organizations and Cooperation with Lawyers committees. He is also a past President of the Metropolitan Credit Club and associated with various credit and financial institutions.

Away from the office, Mr. McGillycuddy is a member of the Parish Council and Finance Committee of Sacred Heart Church in Suffern, New York. In addition he serves on the Board of Advisors for Project Children, is Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Catholic Home Bureau Board in New York City, the Tuxedo Country Club Board in Tuxedo, New York and is on the Board of Directors of the Greater Mahwah Chamber of Commerce.
